As a result of this success, I have had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers in over 250 transactions ranging from $100,000 to $3,100,000 giving me a wealth of experience. My experience includes negotiating, handling 1031 exchanges, investment properties and I have professional who can help with inspections of mold, solar, pool leakage, termite and general inspections.

Also, we have been relocated all over the country and have bought and sold 6 of our own homes.

I serve buyers and sellers in Orange County and am a neighborhood specialist in Villa Park, Anaheim Hills, and Orange.

Personal & Community Involvement:

I live in Villa Park and feel blessed to have found this 'Hidden Gem'. My husband, Joe and I moved here over 30 years ago to raise our children, Jordan and Justin. We quickly became involved in the community, schools, and youth sports. Over the years, I have continued to volunteer with the VPWL, and Assistance League of Orange. I have taken leadership roles to raise money and improve my community as Treasurer, Beautification Chairman, Class Representatives and president of McPherson Education Foundation in Orange. Every year I sponsor a shredding event in the city along with the Villa Park Community Foundation to promote Earth Day!

I am a dedicated wife and mother of two children. Jordan and Justin attended Villa Park High School. Jordan is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Justin is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.
